We want you to love your Imagine Dragons gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all apparel remains in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
